Attack Of The Conies

The Conies - otherwise known as the Defense Initiative Operations Commandos - go to work outside the ruins of the recently-defunct Palisades Mall, confronting a superhuman menace of some sort.

In the 'Chipverse', the Conies are the creation of a government experiment secretly funded by one of Geiger City's most prominent citizens, Cardinal Raoul Ximinez. At the recommendation of one of his own constituents, Lanier Deutzmark, Ximiniez perceives the increase in superhuman brawling in and around the city - and the subsequent loss of life and property that has frequently resulted from it - as a chance to gain political influence by pouring funds into a project to create a robotic police force more suitable for the task of dealing with this potential threat to the civilian population. However, what Ximinez doesn't realize is that he is playing the pawn in a twisted game by the Primazors to gain absolute supremacy over the Earth after centuries of manipulation from behind-the-scenes...
