Were Traffic Flows...

Here's Jaws Chiptooth in a bit of a sticky-wicket with the new girl at Aqua Medlab, Laurel Noonan, who replaces Julia Redgrave after a couple years (since Julia has been swept off her feet by a starship commander from the 34th century, and decided she just as well go back to the future with him since she had otherwise been destined to die in a battle with Poseidon Mark II). Laurel's sweet, nice, but a bit shy and has no desire to engage in a social life, at least at first...but then, of course, when you've been cursed to turn into a werewolf when the full moon is nigh, that DOES tend to create some social complications.

I'm not sure how Jaws gets his way out of this, but Laurel's expertise becomes so vital a factor that killing her, even if she does involuntarily get all bloodthirsty now and then, is not an option. So suffice to say that the final resolution - which involves silver - effectively nullifies her murderous tendencies even if it doesn't cure her of suffering the worst case of armpit hair you've ever seen.
